Return Policy

NO CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED except If the item is incorrect, missing or damaged during shipment, customer is allowed to return, refund or exchange with the same price item.

We will check all of our items carefully before shipping. However, we understand that sometimes items can be damaged during delivery and shipment. We are able to replace, return and refund your damaged item within 7 days of receiving your item. 

  • Return items can only be made within 7 days from the date you received.
  • Receipt & picture(s) is required in the return process.
  • The items must be returned together with original condition and receipt.
  • Photo evidence is required of the damage items or incorrect items.
  • Items bought during promotional sales are not accepted for return and exchange.

How can I return my item?

Please email your inquiry to xxxx with subject “Return Item – personal account ID”. Receipt and picture(s) of item(s) is required to attach with the email. Our team member will reply you as soon as possible. Normally, your inquiry will take 5-7days to proceed. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Postage charges for returning item(s)

Customer would have to bear the shipping fees for returning item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
